Dr. Blair graduated from Washington State University in 1980 with his degree in Veterinary Medicine. He practiced for 2 years in Southern California and then returned home to Roseburg in 1982 to join his father and uncle in the family practice.

Blair married Kathy in 1985 and they had two children. Spencer was born in 1989 and Shelby in 1991. Unfortunately, Spencer passed away in February of 2002 after a 4 ½ year battle with cancer. Blair also has a son Jobie, 23 years old, from a previous marriage.

Dr. Blair is active in the Roseburg Kiwanis and Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of Roseburg Christian Fellowship and enjoys working with his family ranching. Dr. Blair enjoys all water sports, tennis and spending as much time as possible with is family. He appreciates all the wonderful support this community has shown us during Spencer's lengthy illness. Roseburg is a great community and a wonderful place to live.
