Joining us in August of 2019, ERIN brought with her a great smile and an admirable work ethic. She has 3 dogs of her own and enjoys spending time with them, playing guitar and lending a compassionate ear when people need to talk. She is a solid team player and a valuable asset to our team.
In June of 2020, we added CHARLOTTE to our Kennel Crew team. After 2 years of faithfully serving in Kennel Crew we were so happy when she accepted the Assistant position here at Bailey Vet Clinic. Growing up on a farm, she's had a lot of experience with all types of animals. Her great work ethic and drive to do her best are always apparent. Hiking, fishing and riding quads and dirt bikes are some of the fun things she likes to do in her spare time. We are so happy Charlotte is on our team and look forward to more years celebrated with her here.

Mariah joined us as an Assistant in May of 2021. She really wanted to get her foot in the door with veterinary medicine, and has loved every moment of her job since she started! In her off time, she enjoys paddleboarding, hiking, horseback riding, photography and shopping for plants! Mariah has 3 dogs, one being a Cavalier King Charles that loves to go paddleboarding with her! Mariah likes to do just about any outdoor activity! She is planning on becoming a registered CVT, buy a house, and stick it out here at Bailey's!

Megan Started working at Bailey Veterinary Clinic in January 2024. Working with animals and their humans brings her so much joy, so she was a perfect fit for Bailey's! Megan has 2 pets of her own, Rebel, her cat that has been with her through thick and thin, and Lucy, her Chihuahua. In her free time Megan enjoys hiking, art, dancing and playing with her children. Some of her hobbies include creating art, Psyhcology, Astronomy, and Human Relations. Her goal in life is to be a loving person.

Kennady is back to work at Bailey Veterinary Clinic for the second time in January 2024, after some time off she decided she missed all the clients and pets! In her free time she enjoys reading, writing, and training her dog "Remmy" Kennady rescued Remmy when he was just a puppy and has had him as her best friend for 2 years. They are constant companions when Kennady is not at work! She also likes to spend time playing video games, and writing novels. Some of the things she has made a goal of is to breed her own Beaucerons, a breed of dog, and doing sports with them such as PSA and bite work.

Karlee Joined us in February of 2025, she was so excited to get her foot in the door as a room assistant! Karrlee eventually would like to go to school to become a certified veterinary technician, so it was a perfect opportunity for her. In free time you will find her reading, cooking or cleaning and organizing, or playing her guitar. some of her outdoor hobbies include riding snow machines, dirt bikes, working with horses, hiking, and back packing! A goal that Karrlee has is to hike the pacific Crest Trail.

Carrie- joined the team in January 2026 and is excited to continue her education while gaining hands‑on experience in the field of veterinary medicine. She’s passionate about animal care and is always looking for opportunities to grow her skills.
Outside of work, Carrie enjoys staying active through workouts, rock climbing, hiking, horseback riding, and even the occasional hunting trip. She also loves meal prepping and attending livestock shows. Her home life is full of animals too—she shares it with Tonto, her golden retriever/springer spaniel mix, and Misty, her 3‑year‑old horse.
Carrie’s long‑term goals include becoming a certified veterinary technician, continually improving both personally and professionally, and approaching life’s experiences with openness and curiosity.

Keira joined the Bailey Family in February 2026, excited to work alongside a team that shares her passion for veterinary medicine and her commitment to compassionate, understanding care—for clients, their pets, and her fellow team members. She brings a positive, hardworking spirit to the clinic and is always eager to learn.
Outside of work, Keira loves spending time outdoors. On her days off, you’ll often find her hiking, fishing, hunting, paddleboarding, or tending to her garden. She especially enjoys adventuring with her boyfriend and her two dogs, Tank and Trooper.
· Tank, her cuddly Rottweiler, is a fan of naps and leisurely walks.
· Trooper, her energetic yellow Lab, loves snuggles, long walks, and a good game of fetch with his favorite tennis ball.
When she’s not outside, Keira enjoys drawing, cooking, and baking. She also loves traveling, exploring new places, riding horses and quads, and hosting game nights with her family.
Keira’s long‑term goals include becoming a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) and continuing to grow her knowledge in veterinary medicine, gardening, and horse care. Her curiosity and dedication make her a wonderful addition to the Bailey team.

Chaeli joined Bailey Veterinary Clinic in September 2023, driven by her lifelong love of working with animals. She brings a calm, caring presence to the team and enjoys being part of a clinic that shares her passion for compassionate animal care.
In her free time, Chaeli loves exploring the outdoors with her two dogs, going horseback riding, and baking delicious treats. She also enjoys discovering new places—whether it’s a hidden trail, a new town, or anywhere she hasn’t been before.
Chaeli’s long‑term goal is to become a farrier, combining her love of horses with hands‑on, skilled work. Her dedication, curiosity, and enthusiasm make her a valued member of the Bailey team.
Adam joined Bailey Veterinary Clinic in December 2024 to pursue his goal of expanding his knowledge in veterinary medicine, and he brings curiosity, dedication, and a great attitude to the team.
In his free time, Adam enjoys going to the gym, spending time with friends, and playing with his frisky cat, Kiki. He also has a dog named Hazard, who he loves taking out for walks and quality time together.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys video gaming, collecting Pokémon cards, cooking and baking, and playing soccer. He’s always eager to learn new things and continue growing in the veterinary field.
Adam’s long‑term goal is to further his education and build a lasting career in veterinary medicine, and we’re excited to support him on that journey.
